The music brings me back to simpler days – when I was a tot and we would listen to a Patsy Cline tape on the way to my great-grandfather's farm to go fishing. Tofu and Asparagus

I have almost perfected my tofu-cooking skills with this recipe! What a scrumptious dish, especially with Jasmine rice. What I lacked in Hoisin sauce, I made up for with red pepper flakes and extra garlic. Yum!

2010 will be....

...awesome. It's been a very intense beginning, but I think things are going to turn. After seeing the fabulous flick Julie and Julia over the holidays, I have decided I will not resolve to eat less, but rather to cook more. I will not resolve to stay busy, but rather to live each day slowly and mindfully. I will not resolve to speak more loudly, but rather to love more profoundly. I will not resolve to give more, but to give better. And last, but certainly not least, I resolve to blog more :)
